Support and Marketing Specialist
Epraise is an innovative, industry leading education sector business based in Southernhay, Exeter. We’re proud to work with schools around the world to help them motivate students, engage parents, and save teacher’s time using our revolutionary online platform.
We are looking to recruit a new full-time team member who will help us provide ongoing support and guidance to our existing schools, as well as demonstrating our platform to new schools.
We receive a wide range of queries that are both trivial and technical via email, phone and social media and you’ll be expected to handle them all by providing appropriate solutions and responses. To succeed, you’ll need to be good at problem solving, methodical and organised, but most importantly an excellent communicator. Our customers have grown to expect the best service and support from us and we wish to continue to build on our excellent reputation with your help.
In order to help us gain new schools, you will be expected to demonstrate our platform over the phone, by web conferencing and in person. You’ll be engaging with schools on social media, creating promotional materials and possibly attending trade shows. We welcome your creativity here and look forward to hearing any ideas you come up with.
In addition to the sales and support aspects of the role, we will also need you to play a crucial role in assisting us with the research and development of ongoing improvements to the platform.
No two days are ever the same and we are looking for someone dynamic, outgoing and highly motivated that will fit in well with our company ethos and our small team. We may expect you to occasionally step outside of your comfort zone and take on different projects or tasks that may require some on the job training to complete. We need someone that isn’t afraid of a challenge and is keen to try new things.
